The problem

The automatic reply works, but they miss the chats a person should answer and leave them for a day or more. On days off, work requests also come to their personal LINE and get lost

What it does

Lists the requests in a pasted chat history that a person hasn't answered yet
Gives each one a short draft reply
Sorts them by priority (Booking, Quote, Other)

Where it came from

Grok analyzed posts on X where people described a problem, and Claude Code built this prototype from that problem using made-up data.
