The problem

Even with LINE booking, "Any openings?", "Can I change it?" and "How do I cancel?" all arrive as chat messages. Each time, staff check the open slots and retype the same explanation

What it does

  • Sorts a message by type of question (Availability, Change, Cancel, Other)
  • Drafts one reply based on today's availability memo
  • Adds the change and cancel steps at the end

Where it came from

Grok analyzed posts on X where people described a problem, and Claude Code built this prototype from that problem using made-up data.

Stage

  • Hands-on prototypeYes (made-up data, no network access)
  • Tested in real workNo

The English version is an AI translation of the Japanese original. The scenarios are set in Japan, and all names and data are made up.

Download this prototype as a ZIP and hand it to Claude Code (or Codex). It can build the real tool on top of it.

Each ZIP contains the working prototype, a manual, and builder-handoff.md: who it is for, what was checked, and the decisions to make before it touches real data. Attach the folder and say, for example: "Build a working version of this for my shop. Before you start, go through 'Decisions before making it real' with me."
